1. Place order on BTW web site or call our distributor Urban Manufacturing, Inc. (262-691-2455).
2. As you order items, they will be added to your shopping cart.
3. When done, go to shopping cart, review what you ordered, hit checkout.
4. Fill in information on checkout page and hit submit.
5. Copy of order will be sent to Urban Manufacturing, Inc. for processing, a copy to customer for their records and Boss Tool Works will retain a copy.
6. Urban Manufacturing, Inc. will contact you to confirm your order, give you S&H charges and work out method of payment.
